AI implementation for NZ businesses
We design and build AI, data science, and analytics solutions. Every solution is scoped around the business problems you are trying to solve and the outcomes you require.

Do these sound familiar?
Businesses often come to us for AI implementation because they're facing one or more of these situations. Whatever you're dealing with, we'll build a solution that fits.
Your team is losing hours each week to repetitive manual work
Your business processes feel outdated and cumbersome
You're flying blind on decisions your business depends on
You can't see what's driving your costs or performance
Off-the-shelf tools don't fit how your business actually works
You have an idea for an AI solution and need help to build it
The work we do
Every business we work with starts in a different place. Some know exactly what they need built. Others know something could be working better but are not sure what the right solution looks like. We help either way.
AI implementation work can involve any combination of the capabilities shown here. What we recommend depends entirely on your business and the outcomes you want to achieve.
You do not need to arrive with the answer.
We'll work that out with you.

How we work
Our work together begins with discovery. We take time to understand your business, the challenge, and what a good outcome looks like before we scope the solution.
From there, we agree on deliverables and pricing, then build iteratively so you see progress and can give feedback along the way. If your team will be managing the solution after delivery, we'll include clear documentation and handover support.

FAQ
Common questions about our AI and data science support
What does an implementation engagement look like?
Our AI consulting approach starts with discovery and understanding the problem and what success looks like for your business. From there we scope and price the work, build iteratively with your feedback, and deliver a working solution.
What sort of solutions do you build?
Every engagement is different. Examples include automating a repetitive admin process that's eating hours each week, forecasting future demand to support stock and production planning, building an AI agent to review reports and support quality control, or predicting which customers are at risk of churning. The shape of the solution always follows the problem.
Do we need a strategy in place first?
Not necessarily. Some clients come with a clear problem and are ready to build. Others work through strategy and discovery with us first. If you have something specific in mind, get in touch and we can talk through the best starting point.
What tools and platforms do you work with?
We are platform agnostic. We select the tools and platforms that best suit your business and requirements, and we do not resell vendor products. Our recommendations are based purely on what will work best for you. That may include custom data science and machine learning solutions, or solutions built within the Microsoft or Google ecosystems.
Do you provide support after delivery?
This depends on the engagement. Some projects simply require clear documentation and handover. Others are better suited to ongoing support or a retainer. We scope the options as part of our initial discovery work.
