Anadyne IQ is a boutique Auckland-based AI consultancy founded by sisters Dr Sarah Mitchell and Dr Stephanie Mitchell. We are data scientists, Fulbright Scholars, and both hold PhDs in Engineering from Caltech. Between us, we bring nearly three decades of experience across engineering, data science, and AI.

We have spent our careers delivering AI and data science solutions inside large New Zealand organisations. That experience has taught us that effective AI solutions need to start with a real problem, fit how a business operates, and lead to something people can actually use.

Our clients come to us at different stages. Some need help shaping an AI strategy or roadmap. Others are ready to move into implementation, capability building, or governance. We work across all of these areas, so support can be shaped to fit where your business is now and what it needs next.

Who we work with

We work with organisations of different sizes and at different stages of AI adoption. The best fit is usually defined by need, not the size of the business or the sector.

Our clients span law, accounting, engineering, construction, manufacturing, sport, health, technology, and the public sector.

We are typically a good fit for businesses looking for support in one or more of these areas:

→ Taking an AI initiative from idea to implementation
→ Building capability across leaders or teams
→ Figuring out where AI can best add value
→ Shaping a practical roadmap or next phase
→ Putting practical guardrails in place
