AI strategy and practical roadmaps
Most businesses start with a few ideas and a lot of open questions. We'll help you work out where AI fits and shape a clear plan for next steps.

Do these sound familiar?
Businesses often come to us for AI strategy because they're facing one or more of these situations. Wherever you're starting from, we'll help you shape a clear path forward.
You know AI matters but you're not sure what to tackle first
Ideas are on the table but there's no clear plan to act on them
Your team's AI use is running ahead of your strategy
You've decided what to focus on but need help shaping the plan
Leadership needs a clear AI roadmap before committing budget
How we can help
Our role is to help you see the full AI picture and turn it into a plan you can act on. How that looks depends on where you're starting from.
Opportunity mapping & prioritisation
The first step is identifying where AI fits across your business, including opportunities that may not yet be on your radar. Discovery is collaborative and shaped around your team. This might involve a workshop, stakeholder interviews, or process mapping.
The result
You walk away with a prioritised set of use cases, each assessed for feasibility and potential value, and a clear view of what to pursue first.
AI roadmap and planning
Whether you've worked through discovery with us or arrived with your focus already decided, the roadmap turns your priorities into a phased plan. It covers what happens first and how it rolls out, including the capability-building and governance needed to support it.
The result
Your leadership team receives a phased AI plan they can commit to, with the sequencing, resourcing, and people side already thought through.
Tool selection & advisory
If your business is choosing between AI tools or platforms, we'll run a formal evaluation against your requirements such as features, data privacy, and security. We are platform agnostic and our recommendations are based purely on what works best for you.
The result
Your business ends up with the right tools in place and experienced advisory support to call on as new AI decisions come up.
What we'll help you achieve
→ A clear picture of where AI fits and where the strongest opportunities are
→ A prioritised set of opportunities assessed for feasibility and potential return
→ A phased roadmap your leadership team or board can approve and fund
→ Confidence that your business is investing in the right areas in the right order
How we work
Our work together starts with a conversation about where your business is at and the problems you are looking to solve. From there, we shape the best fit approach for you.
That might be a full-day workshop with your team, a series of shorter sessions, or a combination of both. Between sessions, we take what your team has shared and do the deeper work: matching problems to potential AI solutions, assessing feasibility, and building out the roadmap.
We work alongside your people because they know the business best. Our job is to bring structure and specialist expertise to turn initial ideas into a clear plan your business can act on.

FAQ
Common questions about our AI strategy and roadmap consulting services
What does an AI strategy consulting engagement look like?
The scope depends on what your business needs. It might start with a collaborative workshop or a series of shorter sessions. Between those touchpoints, we do the deeper analysis work. Most engagements result in a prioritised set of use cases and a phased roadmap.
Do we need to have ideas already?
Not at all. Many of our clients come with a list of ideas they want help evaluating. Others know AI matters but have not identified specific opportunities yet. We can start from either place.
How long does this take?
Most strategy and roadmap engagements run over a few weeks, depending on the scope. A focused discovery workshop might take a day, with the roadmap delivered in the weeks following. Broader work involving multiple stakeholder groups takes longer.
What if we only need help with one part of this?
That is absolutely fine. You might engage us for use case mapping on its own, or specifically for help turning existing ideas into a roadmap. Each piece of work delivers outputs you can act on.
