We also include an AI tool register template so your team can easily see which AI tools are being used across the business and what data requirements apply.

Responsible AI e-learning
Bring your AI policy to life across your organisation with a 20-minute self-paced e-learning module. Built around real stories and examples, and matched to your organisation's own guidelines, the module helps every team member understand what responsible AI use means in their role and supports any oversight requirements you may have.
We offer a standard module and a fully tailored version where the content, examples, branding, and design are built around your industry and your organisation. We deliver a SCORM file for upload into your learning management system, and can host on your behalf if needed.

Who you'll work with
Our governance work is led by Dr Sarah Mitchell. Sarah holds the Certified AI Governance Professional credential from the International Association of Privacy Professionals, sits on the NZ mirror committee for ISO/IEC JTC 1 SC 42 (Artificial Intelligence), and is a member of the AI Forum NZ Governance Working Group.
Sarah is also an experienced data scientist who has spent her career designing, building, and deploying AI solutions. That background means her governance support reflects how AI gets used in the real world, from bespoke builds through to off-the-shelf tool rollouts.

Do we need a full governance framework, or can we start with a policy?
Many businesses start with a clear AI use policy and build from there. The policy pack gives you a strong foundation that you can extend over time. If your industry or risk profile calls for a broader framework, we can scope that to fit.
What if we already have something in place?
That is a good starting point. We can review what you have, identify any gaps, and help you strengthen or extend it. Many of the businesses we work with have the beginnings of a policy already. The question is often whether it is current, comprehensive, and fit for purpose across the organisation.
How does the e-learning module work?
We design the 20-minute module around your AI policy and guidelines, with practical examples matched to your team's day-to-day work. We deliver a SCORM file for your learning management system, and can host on your behalf if needed. We can also update the content over time as your AI use evolves.
