FAQ
Common questions about our AI workshops and capability programmes
What sessions do you offer, and how long do they run?
We offer hands-on workshops, multi-session capability programmes, and leadership and board sessions. Workshops range from a one-hour lightning round through to a full day. A capability programme typically involves multiple sessions of one to two hours, spaced a few weeks apart so learning can be applied between sessions. Leadership and board sessions typically run for around an hour, with dedicated time for questions at the close.
What is the difference between a workshop and a capability programme?
A workshop is a focused, standalone session. A capability programme is a series of sessions designed to build skills progressively, with learning that compounds from one session to the next. A programme is the better choice when you want lasting behaviour change and skills that deepen across your team over time.
Can training be tailored to our industry or tools?
Absolutely, every session is designed around your context. That includes the tools your team uses, the way they work, their daily tasks, and the kinds of problems they are trying to solve.
What AI tools do you cover?
We cover Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, and other generative AI platforms. If your team uses industry-specific software, we can work with that too. Every session is built around what your team is already using or planning to roll out.
Do we need a technical background to attend?
Not at all, we always start from where your team is at. Before most workshops, we send a short survey to understand your team's experience level and what they want to get from the session. That information helps us shape the content and ensure the session hits the mark for everyone.
Do you run sessions specifically for boards?
Yes, we offer focused sessions for boards and senior leaders that cover topics such as what AI means for the organisation, what successful adoption looks like, and how to approach oversight and responsible use. Get in touch and we can talk through what would suit your board.
Can you deliver sessions at our location?
Absolutely. We run sessions on-site, at a venue of your choice, or virtually for remote teams.
What is the first step?
Get in touch and we'll set up a discovery call. We'll talk through where your team is at, what you are trying to achieve, and what format would work best. From there, we will put together a proposal with a recommended approach and pricing.
